Working with Mexican poet Alberto Blanco in his book "The book of the birds" (published in a CD in 1993) at the end of this work it was natural for me to compose a Requiem for those birds who died, giving life, or under the human hands; pollution, global warming, hunting, trophy, eating, caging, etc. etc. But birds give-us singing colours... and happiness... and let's include a Bird who colored the human music: Olivier Messiaen
