London book and music seller and music publisher founded ca.1790 by George Walker (the elder). Walker's son, George junior, joined the firm c.1829 - previously he had managed the Bedford Musical Repository.

Not to be confused with contemporary Edinburgh music engraver G. Walker & Co. (Walker & Hutton; Walker & Anderson)
