Misc. Notes Based on an undated Salabert reprint of the 1910 Mathot score, borrowed from the University of Hartford (too large and fragile to scan, so typeset instead.) Engraved using LilyPond 2.18.2. Incorporating some fingerings entered into the score, possibly by violinist Willfred Strang Fidlar (1908–2006) whose collection this was in before it entered Hartford's collection.
