Navigation etc.

Improvised a viola sonata with Notator in 1991, but relinquished most of the meandering discourse in 2012 except the thematic 3 measures at the outset of the first movement and the 4 initial measures of the last movement. The latter was intended to translate into music the notion of "recursion".
A major overhaul is in the works, should be ready in a couple of weeks (09/26/16). This announcement is meant to prod me on.
Said prodding brought announced version to fruition a little later than announced (10/26/16). The third movement is entirely new, it was added to create a more balanced work.
A fresh movement (n°5) was added for a rather trifling reason : the need to have the right set of pages for the volume to be printed adequately. To this end the last page (p.40) adds text to music in the shape of a short poem in French (written by the composer) to be recited at will before performance. As it stands now, this work is more a Suite than a Sonata, but the latter designation will have to remain, as that was what it was designed to be at the outset.
