Misc. Notes Although the manuscript was mostly written by J. S. Bach, his authorship of the work is uncertain. The title given by him (on page 3) was:
Concerto. à 4 Voci. 3 Trombe, Tamburi, 2 Hautb: Violino ConC. 2 Violini, Viola e Cont.
The music after page 14 is lost. The copyist who added the last 2 bars (on page 15) has not been identified.
