Publication noted in the 1817 Handbuch der musikalischen Literatur, p.236 so not later than 1817? Perhaps published earlier. Schott table suggests publication sometime around 1814?.

This may be the Op.1 on the recording of 3 serenades Opp."1" 3 and 4 and trio Op.6 that can be heard on NML. Certainly the key and movements headings match...
