The original orchestral parts and autograph score were destroyed in World War II; many performances and recordings used a reconstruction of the orchestral score by Kurt Atterberg published ca.1946 (see description of Atterberg reconstruction. Eventually (in 1983 or 1990?), a copy of the manuscript full score was found by Dr. Allan B. Ho at the Library of Congress, Washington, DC (who proceeded to typeset a set of parts therefrom.)
