Extra Information Information on dedicatee a guess from VIAF; might refer to a different Esterhazy. See also Wikipedia article (German) on Paul V Esterházy. Paul IV died in 1920, so unlikely to be him, unless "tiefster Verehrung" - deep adoration - was used in memorial dedications too? (Problem is, Paul V may not have been officially so named by the publication date - plus note the political situation.)
