Extra Information The orchestral prelude was excerpted and given a concert premiere by the Boston Symphony on March 11, 1882, though not published by Schmidt until 1903.

Also available at Google Books here though without preface and in a somewhat different form, with Greek and English text. (Is this Ancient or Modern Greek? Will not language-tag until sure. Also can't find other than a speaking part for Jocasta in the score- maybe need to look harder - anyhow, not sure of exact composition of soloists...)
