The only version documented in Hofmeister's Monatsbericht is the piano solo version published in 1891 (Hofmeister's Monatsbericht (1891), p.475). Kistler apparently published a number of arrangements and second editions of the work at the time of von Moltke's death in 1891.

Also a handwritten "22 February 1871" something something on the title page- ???- not sure what to make of? Is that meant to be the date of the premiere? Unfortunately a Google Books search doesn't seem to give much enlightenment either (at all...) Maybe the orchestral version is in manuscript? - Schissel
