History

This Viennese firm was founded by Franz Lehár (1870—1948) in 1935 to publish his famous operettas. These, such as Die lustige Witwe (The Merry Widow) (1906) were originally published by Doblinger.
From 1964 it co-operated with Josef Weinberger.
