Bertram operated in Brussels from 1883-91, publishing mainly popular works- songs and dances. It also published chamber music by Guillaume Meynne, violin works by Th. Herrmann and Bénoni Lagye, and piano music by Louis Gobbaerts (pseud. Straebbog).
