Opening Allegretto doesn't much sound like a piano piece by Hummel - too simple, unornamented.. (see e.g. the F major caprice Op.49), though it could still be a dance by him... (Indeed the style is quite like that of some of the Apollo-Saal dances, e.g. the trio of no.10 of Op.28...)
